The first 5 minutes of waiting time are free; after that, a surcharge of 10 euros will be charged for each additional 5 minutes of waiting time at the airport.
Are you allowed to smoke and eat in our vehicles?
Smoking or eating in the vehicle while driving is prohibited to keep vehicles clean on every journey.
Are animals allowed to travel in an airport taxi?
Animals may only be transported in the transport boxes provided and only in the trunk. In this case, you will be charged an additional €15.
Can I change my taxi order?
In case you would like to change your taxi order to or from Schwechat Airport, our guidelines for providing airport taxi services are as follows:
- If you have planned travel changes between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
- If you plan to make travel changes between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., notify us at least 8 hours in advance.
